IMPORTANT CUSTOMER NOTICE REGARDING THE LATEST TIER 4 GOVERNMENT ANNOUNCEMENT
19 December 2020 Update
Following the announcement of new Tier 4 restrictions, we want to update our customers on a number of changes to our dealership operations and services in those areas during this period.
As always the safety of our colleagues and our customers remains our number one priority.
The following detail ONLY APPLIES TO TIER 4 AREAS – dealerships in Tier 1, 2 and 3 – remain FULLY OPEN.

OPEN ONLINE AND BY TELEPHONE; “CLICK & COLLECT”, RESERVE ONLINE OR BY PHONE AND HOME DELIVERY SERVICES AVAILABLE
From Sunday 20 December our physical sales showrooms in Tier 4 will be temporarily closed in accordance with Government requirements.
However, we will REMAIN OPEN TO HANDLE YOUR ENQUIRIES DIGITALLY OR BY TELEPHONE.
Our sales teams will be on hand to assist you and handle all aspects of purchasing a new or used car or commercial vehicle (as we were during previous lockdowns). We can offer Zoom/Teams/Video calls and telephone appointments, reserve over the telephone, value your part exchange and organise finance from the comfort of your home.
If you have ordered a new vehicle for delivery in December or if you order a vehicle digitally or by telephone during December, we offer a “Click & Collect” service with a contactless and hygienic handover process from a designated outdoor area. Home delivery options are also available on request.
