Our Service Guarantee comprises four key pledges:
We guarantee a collection and delivery service, anywhere in Greater London or within a 15 mile radius of Bishop’s Stortford, or free-of-charge loan car, for any service booking received one week in advance of the service required date.
The earlier we receive your booking, the better we can schedule our technicians and workshop – which helps us and means we are able to keep collection, delivery and loan cars as a free-of-charge service.
Our Mobile Customer Support Unit will travel to any location within Greater London or within a 15 mile radius of Bishop’s Stortford to carry out minor repairs and pre-diagnostic work.
This not only saves you the hassle of having to arrange for your Volvo to be brought to a Service Centre, but it means we can keep our workshop bays free for full services and more complicated repairs – which helps us and means there is no call out fee for Regent Automotive customers, meaning the only cost is the time spent working on the vehicle and any parts needed. A £49 call-out charge applies for customers who have not previously had their car serviced with Regent Automotive..
We have committed to open longer hours, to help customers fit drop-offs and collections around busy work/family commitments.
Our sites in North & West London now have their Service Departments open from 7am, meaning customers can bring their cars into the dealership before rush-hour. At North London, we also provide a free shuttle service to Colindale Tube Station (until 9am).
As befits the quality of the Volvo brand, we have created relaxing waiting areas in all of our dealerships, to help make your experience with us as positive and pleasurable as possible.
With comfortable chairs, hot and cold snacks, digital TV, mobile/laptop re-charge points, newspapers, magazines and free of charge WiFi, we have created a quite abandon away from the busy dealership floor.
