Everyone receives regular training and development from both Volvo UK and from external consultants.  And we have a comprehensive performance improvement process which encourages the following regular 121 performance and feedback reviews with your line manager.

Communication is fundamental to the way we do things; we ensure that this happens at all levels and is a two way process. Just a few of the ways we achieve this is through our Team Temperature Checks, monthly Director’s Lunches and Staff Newsletter.

Finally, after all our hard work we recognise its important to have fun and we organise a number of social events to celebrate our success, including an annual Christmas party. We always invite partners to this party as we recognise and appreciate the support our employees get from their families particularly during our busy periods.
